Our Story

Cecilia, the visionary founder and lead roaster here at Shangri-La. Ceci has always been captivated by the art of coffee. While working in multiple coffee shops in Houston she gained a passion for exploring new flavors, and unlocking a coffee bean’s true potential through from farming and processing the plant to roasting and working as a craft bar.

Her dedication to excellence and creativity has made Shangri-La a haven for coffee aficionados from across deep south Texas, while also shipping out orders around the globe.
